• Applying for a Licence to Sublet where applicable

• Collating all legal documentation required for letting, including EPC and EICR certificates

• Registering appliance warranties

• Putting maintenance contracts in place for critical systems

• Providing Vacant Property Management services

• Managing the end-to-end letting process via our Managed Rental service **
